Non-Normal Night Shift - Visiting The Capital

VATNZ's Non Normal Night Shift Continues in February.

Non-Normal Night Shift is our way of changing up your weekly Saturday event by visiting somewhere different.

It might be a simple change in route, or it might be something completely out of the ordinary.

With full ATC along the way, it's a great way to relax on your Saturday evening.

Starring the Capital, February's Non-Normal Night Shift takes us to Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington.

We are going to depart from Auckland and make our way down to the Capital City of Wellington, where the conditions can be challenging at best with water at both ends of the runway and high winds due to it's geographical location, you do not want to miss the mark on this landing.

One way not enough? Why not fly a shuttle route and turn around your aircraft in Wellington to fly the return leg? With the route only taking 1 hour each way you can fly 3 or 4 legs in short time.
