IT Director/Webmaster

Duties:
- Manages and oversees Information Technology for use in the VATNZ airspace
- Attends periodic VATNZ Board meetings to report on IT issues
- Designs, maintains and improves the Division's website to ensure that all information contained is relevant, recent, current and appropriate
- Co-ordinates with other members of the VATNZ Board to add content to the VATNZ Website by way of a Content Management System (CMS)
- Develop applications to enhance the online presence of VATNZ
- Develop applications to improve services provided by VATNZ Controllers
Position Holder Attributes:
- Be a member of the VATNZ Division of VATSIM for a period longer than 12 months
- Be a member of good standing in VATSIM for more than one year at the time of application
- Be rated on VATSIM to no less than TMA Controller Level
- Have good knowledge of the VATSIM Code of Conduct and Code of Regulations
- Have proven ability in the management of a small group of people
- Be able to work well within a voluntary organisation
- Have a good knowledge of Information Technology, including (but not limited to) html, php, CSS, Javascript, Python, xml, CMS, etc.
