Community Engagement Director

Duties:
- Manage the VATNZ Feedback System. Regularly review received feedback to ensure that it is investigated or actioned appropriately. Ensure that feedback is followed up on with the appropriate Director.
- Manage the Division's social media presence. Actively manage the Division's social media presence alongside the Events Director, in order to enhance our reputation and image.
- Manage the Discord Server and Forums. Carry out day-to-day activities including moderation and management of the Discord. Assist the Deputy Division Director in the implementation and enforcement of Divisional Moderation Guidelines, and assist in the conduct of Discord Moderation Panels where appropriate.
- Proactively engage with the Community to ensure that everybody's experience within the Division is positive and our reputation is enhanced.
- Attend periodic Board Meetings and produce quarterly reports on the performance of your portfolio.
- Consistently seek out opportunities for improvement within the Division.
Position Holder Attributes:
- Be a member in good standard of VATNZ and VATSIM, with no infractions in the preceding 12 months.
- Be able to work effectively in a volunteer organisation, and work alongside other Directors.
- Be a self-driven individual who consistently seeks improvement for the benefit of the Community.
- Have proven ability in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Have proven ability in the leadership of a team.
